I had my consultation with Dr Buddha. He was by far the most professional compared to the other clinics I went to for consultations this week. His colleague Lisa was very friendly and helpful.

So I went to see myclinique this week for a Invisalign consultation and I was very impressed, I saw a lady called Lisa and a man called Mark, I told them what a great consultation it was because I was informed of lot's of options and were given lots of information about Invisalign that other clinics never told me before.

Natalia Marjovic

MyClinique is the best clinic in Northampton my daughter got her Invisalign here with the gentleman and I get my anti-wrinkle injections here.

Discover the power of All-On-4

All-on-4 dental implants replace a full jaw of teeth but use just four screws. Traditional dental implants, by contrast, would need eight to ten screws. This means that the All-on-4 procedure is much faster and simpler than the traditional procedure whilst also being more cost-effective

Realistic

All-on-4 dental implants will look as close to real teeth as possible

Secure

Unlike dentures, you'll never have to worry about your teeth coming loose or falling out

Strong

All-on-4 implants are made from zirconia, which is extremely strong and durable

All-on-4 dental implants allow you to have realistic teeth at a minimal cost and little inconvenience.

In the All-on-4 procedure, two dental implant screws are placed front and centre. The other two are placed at the back, one on each side. The front screws are fitted at right angles to the jaw, with the back screws tilted 30º to 45º from the biting plane.

This tilt gives a lot more grip than the traditional right-angled fitting. It’s the main reason why All-on-4 dental implants are so secure, even though they use half as many screws as traditional dental implants. Your jawbone will continue to grow over the All-on-4 dental implants, making them even more secure.

The dental implant screws are made from titanium and coated in acrylic, whilst the teeth themselves have a zirconia core with a porcelain veneer covering. Zirconia gives strength, while porcelain can be contoured and coloured to suit your needs.

Consultation

Consultation

At our consultation, you will discuss the treatment options with your dentist before they conduct a CT scan and a visual examination. This will allow your dentist to confirm whether or not you can have All-on-4 dental implants, before creating a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to you.

Laboratory

Laboratory

The All-on-4 procedure itself generally takes about 2.5 hours per jaw. If you’re having two sets of All-on-4 dental implants or combining All-on-4 dental implants with All-on-6 dental implants, you can generally have the two procedures done on the same day.

Fitted implants

Fitted implants

Your dentist will fit the four dental implant screws. You’ll be fitted with a temporary set of teeth usually made out of resin. Resin is less durable than zirconia but is much lighter, meaning that it places less pressure on your dental implants during the healing process.

Healing time

Healing time

The post-surgery bruising and swelling will fade after a few days. It will, however, take about four to six months before your All-on-4 dental implants are really secure. During this time, you will need to be careful what you eat, avoid strenuous exercise and give up smoking. You will also need to learn how to brush and floss your teeth without disturbing your implants while they are still healing. If you have been given a temporary overdenture, you will be given your permanent one after 6 to 9 months.

Is All-On-4 right for me?

All-On-4 is perfect for
  • Replacing a whole arch of missing teeth
  • Providing a more cost-effective alternative to using single dental implants
  • Creating teeth that both look and feel just like your natural teeth would

Having All-on-4 dental implants as an alternative to traditional dentures is not only going to improve the appearance of your smile, but also the functionality of your bite. Dentures have a tendency to encourage bone loss within the jaw, whereas All-on-4 implants actually help to preserve the bone density to prevent it shrinking over time.
